BAUS is a charity (registered in England and Wales No. 1127044) and a charitable company limited by guarantee (Registered Company No. 06054614), governed by its "Memorandum and Articles of Association" and by its "Rules". It is a membership-based organisation and qualified medical practitioners in the field of urological surgery are eligible to apply for membership.
