It is a great pleasure to welcome you to Rome for the European meeting on laparoscopic and robotic urologic surgery. “Challenges in Laparoscopy and Robotics” has reached the 9th edition and the concept that initiated this adventure is still alive and showing great potential for the future of Urology.
The comprehensive scientific program will include live laparoscopic and robotic surgery performed by the world’s most eminent urologic surgeons.
In past meetings, we have witnessed many challenging laparoscopic procedures. It is now time to expand our indications and to look forward to new challenges such as:
- trans-Douglas RALP
- clampless partial nephrectomy
- LESS robotic pyeloplasty
- retroperitoneal robotic partial nephrectomy
- HD-3D STORZ System
We anticipate an extremely stimulating meeting which includes live surgery, discussions and thought-provoking debates with participation from the best urologists in the international arena.
We are very proud to host this 9th International Meeting in Rome, the perfect city for antiquities and innovative techniques to join together. We hope that the challenging procedures presented will lead the way towards defining the future of urologic surgery.
