What to expect
Trainees can expect close and positive supervision in all aspects of their training. The programme is greatly enhanced by monthly, centraslised, teaching days which systematically cover the core curriculum, together with the annual training meeting where all trainees have the opportunity to be interviewed by the Training Committee and to present their research. This meeting is followed by the annual rotation dinner where trainees can enjoy more social delights.
Training
Recent feedback from the trainees, the SAC and other outside bodies confirms the excellent reputation for urology training within the region. This is reflected in our high pass rates in the FRCS (Urol) examination.
