In May 2009 BAUS and NICE published a joint statement on the implementation of the NICE Prostate Cancer Guideline. Following publication of the guidelines, the Oncology Section, in association with BUG, sought members' opinions using a questionnaire. A further questionnaire has now been prepared to gauge opinions after two years of using the guidelines.

Members are asked to download the questionnaire and either fax it on completion to 020 3070 0054 or scan it and email to Janis Troup (Right Angle UK) as soon as possible; in any case no later than 22 December.
