Becoming a Faculty Member
Urolink is extremely keen that anybody interested in working within the urological environment in the developing world should become a member of the organisation. Equally, we encourage our urological colleagues from overseas to become members of the Urolink faculty so that they can be kept up-to-date with developments in international co-operation.
If you are interested in helping to develop urological services in the developing world, Urolink is interested in hearing from you.
This can be from the perspective of a UK urologist, a urologist in the developing world or being involved with the provision of healthcare outside the UK. Urolink has also fostered many links with both the technology and pharmaceutical industries and is happy to hear from interested individuals in that domain.
Being on the faculty enables us to keep you informed about new developments, in and around Urolink, and allows us to have a voice to help others who wish to work outside the UK. If you need any specific help, please e-mail us and we will display your request on the Urolink website for a period of time.
If you simply want to let people know that you are available to travel and how you may be able to help, then let us know by e-mail. We will post your details on the website so that interested faculty members can contact you regarding trips they are planning. A statement and a photo with your e-mail would be very helpful.
Individuals who have an interest in joining the Urolink faculty should email Paul Allen in the first instance.
