UK Membership
Please complete and return the proposal form and direct debit mandate to this office by no later than
Monday, 1 September 2008.
Your application will be considered at the next meeting of BAUS Council.
Successful membership applications will commence from January 2009 and will include copies of the BJU International.
Do remember to include an up-to-date copy of your curriculum vitae.
Please do not fax your application to us, it will not be accepted.
All UK member subscriptions are paid by direct debit in January of each year. However, you should include a cheque payment, payable to BAUS, for your initial years subscription.
Applications not accompanied by a curriculum vitae and completed direct debit mandate (including the FULL POSTAL ADDRESS of your bank) will be returned.
If you are applying for Junior Membership (for those in numbered training posts in the United Kingdom) please remember to quote your National Training Number/Vocational Training Number and accreditation date in the relevant spaces. Junior membership is also available to candidates in bona fide full-time research posts.
Following the Council meeting the Honorary Secretary will write to you with the result.

Full UK £220.00
Associate UK £185.00
Associate Urological Specialist £135.00
Junior UK £80.00
Senior UK (including BJUI) £85.00
BAUS will be reviewing membership subscriptions at the Annual General Meeting in June.
