BAUS Phone Service Interruption

At the start of September, the Royal College of Surgeons installed a new telephone system. Unfortunately, there have been problems with the installation which are beyond our control, but have meant that it may have been difficult for you to contact us.
The phone system covers all the RCS tenant organisations (including BAUS) and this has meant the BAUS office has not, in effect, had a fully-functioning phone service since Friday 1 September 2017.
If you have rung the office on or after 1 September 2017 and left a voicemail message but have not yet had a response from us, please contact us by email, either directly to the relevant member of the team or to our general email address.
We will send a further notification when a full service has been restored but, in the meantime, if you have any problems getting through to us by phone, please use email to contact us.
