About the Group

The Widening Participation Working Group (WPWG) is led by the incumbent BAUS Vice President (currently Ian Pearce) and is committed to a 10-year programme of work.

The group's key aims are to understand, develop and maintain EDI within the urological community.

This is a fluid group rather than a fixed committee: members join and leave as and when their input is required by the Chair. The group holds regular virtual meetings.
