Personal Statement

I am a Consultant Urological Surgeon and Honorary Senior Lecturer based at the Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and Academic Urology Unit, University of Aberdeen. My main interests are in prostate cancer, specialising in robotic radical prostatectomy and active surveillance, and in functional/urodynamic urology, recurrent urinary tract infections, chronic pelvic pain (including painful bladder syndrome, chronic prostatitis and chronic testicular pain syndrome) and academic urology (clinical trials, core outcome set development, consensus methodology, evidence synthesis and guideline development).
