BSoT is an organisation affiliated to BAUS which supports urologists in training.
BSoT (formerly SURG) provides a forum for members training in the UK and Ireland to discuss and express opinion about training issues arising on a Regional or National level.
Issues that will affect trainees and Consultant Urologists within the NHS are debated, and these opinions will be put foward on members' behalf by the SURG committee.
BSoT also represents urological trainees at relevant national meetings including the SAC, ASiT and ESRU, as well as on BAUS council.

How to submit a questionnaire for BSoT to circulate on your behalf
BSoT receives a large number of requests to circulate research questionnaires.
Because our main role is to be an advocate for UK urology trainees, we agree to circulate only questionnaires that are likely to have a direct impact on training. In return for circulation, we ask you to provide:
- accreditation in any published work; and
- a summary of the main findings forwarded to BSoT on completion of the project - this will be circulated to trainees who have filled in the survey, with the aim of promoting future engagement in research questionnaires
If you would like us to circulate your questionnaire, please:
