Returning to work

A small working group has been set up to consider the problems faced by urologists at all stages of their career when returning to surgery after an extended period of absence, whether the result of parental leave, research, training abroad or ill-health.

At the beginning of February 2021, the President of BAUS, Tim O'Brien, got together with the Return-to-Work Group members for a podcast discussion (see below) to learn more about what the group has done so far, and what aspirations they have for the future:
