BAUS Educational Leads Group (ELG)
The BAUS Educational Leads Group (ELG) was established in October 2025.
The Educational Leads Group (ELG) is a sub-committee of the BAUS Education Steering Group (ESG). It is a mechanism for supporting the BAUS Educational Leads and BSoT and SSTU education representatives to discharge their responsibilities effectively.
It is a forum for providing feedback and input into discussion and decision-making about the BAUS education workstreams under the remit of the ESG.
The ELG ensures effective delivery of BAUS education courses and events, and creation of educational material that supports the learning requirements of medical students though to consultants.
It generates proposals for new activity that meet identified needs or gaps in provision against clearly identified criteria. The Committee also reviews delegate feedback to ensure that courses and events are being delivered to the highest standard and with a commitment to continuous quality improvement.

She has an interest in teaching and currently lectures and supervises students at the University of Bristol. She runs several local teaching courses including the "Essentials in Urology".

She offers specialist tertiary cancer services for the Lancashire and South Cumbria Cancer Network as a robotic surgeon specialising in cancers of the upper urinary tract.
