Personal Statement

Prof Hashim is a Consultant Urological Surgeon, Honorary Professor of Urology & Director of the world-renowned Urodynamics Unit at the Bristol Urological Institute. He is fellowship-trained and specialises in female and functional urology. He is a committee member of the EAU Section of Female & Functional Urology and BAUS section of Female, Neurourology and Urodynamics urology. He is also Associate Editor of Neuro-urology and Urodynamics and BJUI Compass Journals. He has authored over 60 peer-reviewed articles, seven books and more than 40 book chapters, and has been an invited speaker at both national and international meetings.
