This is a one-day course that is meticulously crafted for ST5+ urology trainees, SAS doctors, and Consultant Urologists aiming to master complex reconstructive procedures.

With an ideal small group size of 6 to 12 candidates, the programme ensures a low instructor-to-trainee ratio of 1:2 to 1:4. This intimate setting maximises hands-on learning opportunities. It provides unparalleled access to limited resources such as wet lab stations.

The curriculum delves into critical procedures, focusing on indications, surgical steps, potential complications, and proper bowel handling, ensuring that every candidate leaves with enhanced procedural competence; it.offers a comprehensive review of:

  • Clam cystoplasty;
  • Ureteric reimplantation;
  • Ileal conduit; and
  • End-to-end bowel anastomosis,

This event was approved for CME by BAUS with 6 points awarded.
