PLEASE NOTE: a registration confirmation email will be sent automatically once your registration is received, and will contain an invoice & receipt. The confirmation email can take up to 30 minutes to be delivered. The escalating scale of registration fees for the meeting is available to view below.
Other Registered Courses
Places on the BAUS Academy Teaching & Skills Courses can only be booked through the main online booking system, using the "Face-to-Face" registration button above.
We will be using badge scanning as lead retrieval. Exhibitors can hire scanners and scan the QR code on delegate badges to download the following information:
- name, job, title, place of work (as specified on your online registration form)
- work e-mail address (as specified on your online registration form)
You will receive one CME point for attending a Satellite Session and getting your badge scanned, Badge scanning on exhibition stands is not compulsory. If you DO NOT wish to disclose this information to exhibitors, then do not allow your badge to be scanned.
PLEASE NOTE: BAUS staff will scan your badge as you enter Satellite Symposia; this is purely for a count of attendance at each symposium.
Cancelling of Altering Your Registration
Fees for both the conference and the Office of Education teaching and skills courses, cannot be refunded on any cancellations after 1 May 2023. Cancellations before this date must be confirmed in writing and will be subject to a 10% administration charge.
Delegates who wish to change their registration to virtual attendance before 23:59 hr on 1 May 2023 will be issued a partial refund. Any requests to change to virtual attendance after this date will not be issued a partial refund.
Letters of Invitation
Official letters of invitation, to help overcome administrative difficulties in some countries, can be sent out by the BAUS Office. If you require such a letter, please email your written request to BAUS Events.
