PLEASE NOTE: Courses, mentoring sessions, social tickets and merchandise can be added to your registration order as and when these go live

A confirmation email will be sent automatically once your registration is received, and will contain an invoice and receipt. The confirmation email can take up to 30 minutes to be delivered. The escalating scale of registration fees for the meeting can be viewed below.

BAUS 2026 is a sponsored event. All companies that will be sponsoring the event are named and have no input into the content of the programme or selection of speakers, except where they are sponsoring a dedicated symposium session, which is clearly identified in the conference programme. BAUS 2026 receives exhibition sponsorship from pharmaceutical companies and other trade partners.

Cancelling/altering your registration

Fees for both the conference and the Office of Education teaching and skills courses, cannot be refunded on any cancellations after 14 May 2026. Cancellations before this date must be confirmed in writing and will be subject to a 10% administration charge.

Delegates who wish to change their registration to virtual attendance before 23:59 hr on 15 May 2026 will be issued a partial refund. Any requests to change to virtual attendance after this date will not qualify for a partial refund.

Applying for Teaching & Skills Courses

Places on the BAUS Teaching & Skills Courses can only be booked using the main online booking system - by clicking the conference registration button at the top of this page.

 

Request a letter of invitation

Official letters of invitation to help overcome administrative difficulties in some countries can be sent out by the BAUS Office. If you require such a letter, please email BAUS Events, using the link below, with your written request.

Certificates of attendance

Certificates of attendance will be available - and emailed to - registered delegates after successful completion of the feedback form. Certificates for on-site Teaching & Skills courses will only be issued to those whose attendance has been registered by a member of the BAUS staff.
