Notification of cancellation should be made in writing, by letter, fax or e-mail, to the BAUS Events Team. Requests for refund will be accepted according to the postmark date or the date received by fax or e-mail.Cancellations received before 23:59 on 20 August 2026: full refund less 10% admin charge. Refunds can not be made after this date.
