Spend a full day learning the transperineal prostate biopsy technique under the guidance of Course Director Mr Hide Yamamoto, supported by an expert faculty and specialist nurses.

No prior experience is required. Places are limited to the first 16 delegates to ensure a highly interactive learning experience.

The morning session covers the principles of transperineal biopsy, with live case demonstrations. In the afternoon, you will consolidate your skills with hands-on practice using prostate phantoms in a supervised training environment.

Course aims:
1) Learn how to perform transperineal prostate biopsy under local anaesthesia.
2) Learn how to identify target lesions on MRI.
3) Observe a live biopsy demonstration under local anaesthesia performed in clinic.
4) Hands-on practice in the dry lab using different types of needle guides.
