Notification of cancellation should be made in writing, by letter, fax or e-mail, to the BAUS Events Team. Requests for refund will be accepted according to the postmark date or the date received by fax or e-mail.Cancellations received before 23:59 on 15 October 2026: full refund less 10% admin charge. Refunds can not be made after this date. Your data will be stored on our website, (Light Media), Stripe (Merchant Provider) and Xero (Accounting System).

Your personal data will be anonymised on our website (Light Media), 3 years after the event unless you request us to do so earlier.
