Connectivity for Conference Delegates

We are pleased to announce that we will have a Meeting Platform & Mobile App for the BAUS 2022 Annual Scientific Meeting. Please see below for details of how to access the applications:

Virtual Attendees

To best engage with BAUS 2022, we recommend that virtual attendees use the Google Chrome browser and the web-based platform to live-stream sessions from the ICC Birmingham
   
In-Person Attendees For in-person attendees, we recommend downloading the BAUS 2022 mobile app from the Apple iOS or Android (Google Play) app store - links coming soon

How to Get On-Line

Instructions on how to download the app and access the BAUS 2022 platform will be sent to all pre-registered delegates in advance, together with a "How-to-Guide" on navigating the platform. 

Below is a list of what you can expect from the web-based platform or the mobile app:

  • View the programme, filter by specialty & plan your week;
  • Live-stream sessions;

  • Engagement via "live" polling and Q&A sessions (Hall 1 Auditorium only);

  • Join in with discussions & debates with fellow delegates on the chat feed during sessions;

  • Watch pre-recorded teaching courses free of charge;

  • View all ePosters;

  • View speaker and guest lecturer profiles;

  • View exhibitor details and stand locations;

  • Join virtual meetings & schedule 1:1 virtual meetings;

  • Post on the Activity Wall;

  • Take part in the Activity Challenge; and

  • Watch recordings on "catch-up" for up to 6 months
