Connectivity for Delegates

We are pleased to announce that we will have a Meeting Platform & Mobile App for the BAUS 2025 Annual Scientific Meeting. Please see below for details of how to access the applications:

To best engage with BAUS 2025, we recommend that virtual attendees use the Google Chrome browser and the web-based platform to live-stream sessions from Manchester Central. Use the instructions in the image (below right) to access the web-based meeting mlatform or use the link below to view the image in a new window.

How to access the BAUS 2025 Platform (PDF)   

PLEASE NOTE: this platform will not become available until 12 June 2025.

Once the platform is "live", enter the email address you used to register for BAUS 2025. First time users will be required to set a password; returning users can use their existing password from 2024, or reset it by clicking "Forgot Password". 

How to Get On-Line

To access the mobile app, follow the instructions in the image (right) or click the link above.

Below is a list of what you can expect from the web-based platform or the mobile app:

  • View the programme, filter by specialty & plan your week;

  • Live-stream sessions;

  • Engagement via "live" polling and Q&A sessions (Hall 1 Auditorium only);

  • Join in with discussions & debates with fellow delegates on the chat feed during sessions;

  • Watch pre-recorded teaching courses free of charge;

  • View all ePosters;

  • View speaker profiles;

  • View exhibitor details and stand locations;

  • Watch recordings on "catch-up" for up to 6 months
