This one-day course presents a unique opportunity for ST3+ urology/urogynaecology trainees and SAS doctors to deepen their understanding of ambulatory urology procedures.
Designed to be both comprehensive and practical, the program guides participants through a full spectrum of advanced techniques, ensuring they gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience.
The highlight of the event is a substantial hands-on and simulation session, providing a collaborative environment for trainees to practice these critical procedures and build the confidence necessary to apply them in their clinical practice.
The program covers a range of key procedures, including:
- intra-detrusor Botulinum toxin injections;
- the application of urethral bulking agents (Bulkamid);
- sacral neuromodulation (SNM); and
- the essential skills of AUS activation and deactivation.
