Andrology & Genito-Urethral Surgery (AGUS)

The BAUS Section of Andrology and Genito-Urethral Surgery serves to maintain the highest standards of practice in the fields of andrology (male reproductive and sexual health) and surgery of the male genitalia.
This includes the medical and surgical management of penile malignancy, urethral stricture disease, erectile dysfunction, Peyronie's disease, male infertility. It also includes a number of other rarer disorders (e.g. buried penis, gender reassigment surgery.
We aim to maintain high standards through audit / research and educational courses, whilst establishing effective communication with members of the Section.
The next meeting of the Section (jointly with the Section of Female, Neurological & Urodynamiuc Urology) will take place from 9 to 11 March 2025 at the Bridgewater Hall, Manchester. The next individual Section meeting will be held during the BAUS 2025 Annual Scientific Meeting in Manchester.

Overview
This course is designed for potential robotic surgeons, using didactic and hands-on cadaveric training experience.
It is an intensive two-day course of lectures, debate, exchange and practical hands-on experience using the Da Vinci robot, conducted by a faculty of experienced robotic surgeons.
