Commences 04 October 2022 for 12 months

Department: Urology

The UCLH Andrology unit is the largest andrology department nationally, covering all areas of benign andrology, and genital oncology with reconstruction.

This one-year fellowship allows ample opportunity to gain experience in penile prosthesis surgery, surgery for penile curvature, male infertility as well as penile / testis cancer and inguinoscrotal sarcoma.

With a team of five Consultants and an additional four in-reach surgeons, there are operating lists every day as well as exposure to some of the most interesting, rare and difficult andrology cases. The department is also research active, and there is an expectation that the fellow will get involved with ongoing or new projects.

The salary includes an on-call commitment, shared with the other Fellows and Registrars in the unit - this helps the Fellowl to gain experience in managing all andrological emergencies including priapism, penile fracture, Fournier’s gangrene and genital trauma.
