This is a Fellowship Opportunity for a Post CCT Surgeon (or overseas equivalent), looking to further their knowledge and experience of Uro-oncological surgery and patient management, prior to obtaining a Consultant position. The position allows aims to train fellows in robotic pelvic and robotic upper tract, there is also good exposure to complex open procedures The Fellow does need to participate in our on-call, to allow more time to be dedicated to training.

The urology dept works closely with the Academic Urology Department (The University of Sheffield - Professor Jim Catto) The Fellow will be encouraged to enrol in the NIHR Associate Principal Investigator Scheme, and participate in clinical trial delivery We run a regional specialist Oncology MDT every Wednesday afternoon Audit and clinical epidemiological studies will be supported
Primary Objective of Fellowship
Independent in RARP and Upper Tract Robotic Surgery
