The Department of Urology at Portsmouth University Hospitals NHS Trust invites applications for an Endourology and Stone Surgery Fellowship based at Queen Alexandra Hospital.
This fellowship offers high-quality training in advanced endourology within a busy, high-volume centre. Fellows will gain structured, hands-on experience in complex flexible ureteroscopy, ECIRS, standard and mini-PCNL including training on percutaneous access, with opportunities to train in Holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP).
The department performs approximately 80-100 PCNLs, 350+ flexible ureteroscopies and 100 HoLEP procedures annually, with one of the highest day-case rates in the UK. An on-site lithotripter provides exposure to ESWL. The candidate will be part of 1 in 9, 24-hour on-call rota.
The programme can be tailored to individual experience and future subspecialty goals.

Independence in percutaneous access, PCNL in complex patients and Holep
