Instructions for Speakers & Presenters

Media Check-In

Media Check-In will be located near Hall 1 - a short walk from the Registration Foyer. This facility will be clearly signed, and all speakers & presenters will be required to upload slides via Media Check-In.

Full AV information will be sent to all speakers well in advance of the meeting.

BAUS will be working with MULTILEARNING to provide technical support and assistance. If your abstract has been accepted, MULTILEARNING will be in contact with instructions on how to submit your ePoster. Correspondence with MULTILEARNING will be available from April 2024.


Please note that it is mandatory to submit your poster to MULTILEARNING by .

Instructions for Preparing Your Poster 

  • PDF file is the preferred format (MS PowerPoint files can also be used); 
  • Landscape format - presentation screen ratio of 16:9 is ideal;
  • Use one of the poster templates (below) to create your poster file.
